Rules in regards to 'Dealing'

Rules in regards to 'Dealing'
Here are some rules I've devised based around one of our many enterprises, 'dealing'. This includes drugs and guns, of course, take a look over the rules, they may be resourceful for future reference (click 'Spoiler'):
Rules - Dealing Guns
Rules - Dealing Drugs
Rules - Dealing Guns
- Spoiler:
- - ALWAYS conceal the gun you're dealing, do NOT let it be seen by ANYONE until it's safely out of your hands. A reccomended solution to uphold this rule is the use of a PAPER BAG for handguns, a GUITAR CASE for large weaponry. Hand them the gun in whichever form of cover, then split.
- In addition to the previous rule, SEPARATE the gun from the ammo, or risk being shot at by the guy you're dealing to. Hand them the gun, unloaded, in one container; then hand them the ammunition AFTER they pay in another bag, then make a run for it.
- No dealing of any weapons to other street gangs, regardless of diplomatic stance.
- If you suspect you may be dealing to an undercover cop, pat them down before handing them the bag(s), check for wires, ask them to shake their shoes and listen for anything like a bug, tell them to turn off their phone, radio, etc. If they are indeed an undercover cop, and try to make a move on you, either try to get out of there or if you're not in public, take a shot at them with anything you can, even a gun, and make a run for it.
- Do NOT deal with anyone in a car, tell them to turn off their engine, get out of the car and lock it first, or no deal. This rule is put in place as they may try to snatch what you're offering and speed off.
- Try to arrange to deal in a quiet location, preferably NEAR the gang's turf, but not within close range of it. This will make it easier to get backup or attack any possible undercover cops or unruly customers.
- If you are scamming someone, don't let them get away alive, or there could be consequences later on.
- If you're dealing using a vehicle, keep your engine on and your door locked, hide the drugs under the seats, keep your windows up and preferably tinted as you approach the customer, examining them beforehand, then get out and make the deal if you think it's all safe.
- If you can, bring someone along to back you up (preferably another prospect), tell them to stay nearby, but don't bring them with you into the deal itself, this could scare the customer off. If trouble arises, give them a signal (such as an SMS, which is preferred as it's not as easily detectable as a radio request) to show up and assist you.
Rules - Dealing Drugs
- Spoiler:
- - ALWAYS conceal the drugs you're dealing, do NOT let them be seen by ANYONE until they're safely out of your hands. A recommended solution to uphold this rule is the use of a PAPER BAG for small amounts of drugs, and a sports bag for larger quantities. Hand them the drugs in whichever form of cover, then split. Keep your drugs tightly packed together to avoid any miscalculation during the deal.
